Job Purpose And Summary:This position is responsible for managing the field operations and roadway maintenance for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) to ensure overall maintenance objectives are met at district levels. An employee in this position manages the workforce and coordinates highway, bridge and/or tunnel maintenance and training activities. Work is performed with considerable independence and reviewed by a director for attainment of program goals and overall customer satisfaction.
